Each product offers a way to remove the headaches of managing your project photo documentation, depending on your company needs. 

Our LNYX software manages, compresses (optional) and communicates your visual records quickly at a huge cost savings in man hours and    hard drive space (using our compression feature) all in one, high speed, secure database located at your home office.

 Directly upload photos via the Internet into a single secure database where your images may be viewed, searched, saved or printed by anyone you allow. Create hyperlinks to link project images to schedules, documents, calendars…any third party application that accepts hyperlinks. Link your project photos to your document management system i.e. Sharepoint, Primavera, Meridian, MS Project or any third party application. It is designed for larger firms that need to break down their organization into groups of users in order to separate who has access and what features are available to your company projects.  Lynx Professional also          offers unlimited database storage space, auto transfer service, the ability to import users from AD/TXT/XML and can acquire other forms of digital media such as pdf, and video. The perfect turnkey solution for most orginazations. As you business and needs grow, you can always upgrade at anytime to the
Pro-Plus version!

 Base Price $3000.00   Call for *Authorized User Licenses & One Year Annual Support

$900.00 a year for Annual Support after the first year

All users can search, view, print & save, and link images at no cost, only *Authorized Users can upload, red line, annotate, edit photo information, etc. 

 LYNX Professional Plus 

The LYNX Professional Plus solution is designed for very large construction companies and government agencies. Typically those larger organizations with hundreds if not thousands of users all communicating and managing very large quantities of photos, audio & video that may need to add the costs to their specifications or project budgets. Lynx Professional Plus offers all of the LYNX features unlocked.  More back end features are included such as Active Directory interface (for managing thousands of users), ability to connect to multiple databases, project filters (an extra level for breaking down your projects), masking feature for fields within the program, require/confirm project name, force file method, view current users logged in and custom Web Acquire installation.

 Base Price $6000.00   Call for Authorized User Licenses & One Year Annual Support

$1200.00 a year for Annual Support after the first year

*Annual support keeps your Authorized Users active and entitles you to Toll-Free tech support & all upgrades including software version updates. You will also receive discounts off future LYNX upgrades! Payment plans available, call for details.

PC version/s:  For sites without internet or poor internet we offer the LYNX PC Remote license. The cost is $1850, includes 1 concurrent user and can be re-used when the project is over. Contact us for    additional information regarding pricing and support for PC/Server/Remote licensing vs. Web licensing.
