You must have access/rights to ust the tools menu. This form lets you change the number of authorized projects, and authorized users who are able to upload images and edit and annotate images online via the web application. To activate a user/project click the box next to the left of the name and you will see a checkmark appear next to the user/project. To de-authorize simply click the box to left again and it will unmark the user/project.
