When you open the Groups page you can view your groups in a file format. Expand the folders by selecting the "+" buttons to the left of the groups.
When you select a group it will display information about the group users and group projects on the right hand side of the screen. You can toggle back and forth between them by selecting them on the menu above.
Moving groups is as easy as cutting and pasting, you can select these options under the Groups tab
