To Add/Edit your search fields select the image(s) you want then hover over the "Edit" menu and choose "Search Fields"
Now the "Edit Searchfields" Form opens. The form has two sides. The left side shows what search fields and values have already been assigned to the image(s). The right side shows the available search fields to annotate with.
To add a search field value click on the button to the left of the label and that will bring up the values for this field. Now click on the button next to the value that you want to add and click the "Add" button. You can continue to do this with any of the search fields that you have available.
You will then see these new values and fields on the left hand side. If you have rights you can also click on the "Add new value" to add another value to the list.
To remove a search field and value click on the button next to the label on the left under "Assigned Search Fields:"(Note: if a search field is required you MUST add a NEW search field value before you can remove the existing one). Once you have selected the search field and value to highlight it on the left click the "Remove Selected Search Field" button. This will remove the search field from the list.
Now you will see the field and value are removed from the list.
