The LYNX redlining feature allows you to define "layers" on top of your photos and draw on these layers without affecting the original photos. These redlining layers can be sent from LYNX System to LYNX System using the file transfer capabilities of LYNX.
An unlimited number of layers can be drawn on each photo although only one layer at a time is displayed. You can edit your own layers at any time, and you may delete layers sent to you by another LYNX System. You cannot change a layer created by another LYNX System.
Note - the free multimedia album viewer cannot view the redlining layers. If someone needs to receive the photos and the redlining layers, they will need a LYNX Monitor System. If they need to mark up photos and return them they will need a LYNX Remote System (or a Master).
The redlining command button on the Photo Viewer screen will indicate the number of layers that the photo currently has.
