LYNXPM, L.L.C. offers an annual support plan. This annual support plan includes phone and e-mail support, updates, and discounts on future software as long as you are current and your support plan has not expired. Please call for pricing.

For questions about LYNX, refer to the following sources for help:

1.Look in the printed documentation. Refer to the index in the back of this manual.  
2.Refer to the online Help System. The entire manual is included in the online help, and it has the answers to the most frequently asked questions.  
3.Refer to the troubleshooting section at the end of this manual.  
4.Check out the technical support bulletins on our website at www.lynxpm.com.  
5.If you have a current support plan send an e-mail message to support@lynxpm.com.  
6.Call Technical Support at 1-877-955-7711 x2. M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.  
   

If you cannot find the answer in the manual or in the troubleshooting section, contact technical support.


Have the following available when you call technical support:


1.Your LYNX Serial Number. Check Help - About if you don't know the number.  
2.A current support and enhancement agreement on your system or credit card for purchasing support on an as needed basis.  
3.You must have the machine running and have a telephone near the machine where you can talk to our technical support department while accessing LYNX. (Internet access preffered in order to have the technician connect directly to your machine in order to better server you.)
