| 1. | In Photo Lab screen, highlight your roll of film by clicking on it.

| 2. | Click on View Selected Roll at bottom or double-click on "roll of film" to open.

| 3. | When roll opens, you will get the Unfiled Photos screen. You will be asked "do you intend to file some or all of these photos now?" Choose "Yes" or "No."

| 4. | Choose "Yes", then from the select the project from Filing Photos screen. Highlight the project you want to file into, then click "Okay."

| 5. | Then, you will be asked, "do you want to use the annotation assistant while filing photos?" Choose "Yes."

| 6. | From the Unfiled Photos screen, drag and drop the photo or photos you want annotated. If annotating multiple photos, all photos will be filed with the same information.

| 7. | After annotating photos (adding/editing search fields, notes, caption, permanent description, and key words), file photo(s).

| 8. | To file a photo, click on the photo to highlight it. Then choose File, then File Select Photo.

| 9. | To file multiple photos with the same information, right click on the photo and choose Select All to choose all photos in the annotation assistant window.

| 10. | Right click on a photos again and choose File Selected Photos to Project. Then all photos will be filed to a project.
